The Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Practice program admits approximately 5-7 CRNAs
annually, starting in the Fall semester (first week in July).
| Admission to the DNAP is competitive and based on evaluation
of all portions of the application. Applicants must possess the following minimum qualifications: |

A graduate degree from a regionally accredited university* |

Graduation from a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the
Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs* |

Certification by the Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists* |
| - |
Current recertification by the Council on Recertification of Nurse
Anesthetists (if past initial certification period)* |
| - |
Current unencumbered licensure as a registered nurse and advanced practice
nurse (if required in your home state). |

A cumulative graduate GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale |

Satisfactory performance on the
Graduate Record Examination (GRE) General Test** |
