| When to Apply |
| Application is a self-managed process. You are wise to send all supporting
information including the three reference forms and transcripts together in a single packet. All application
materials for both the University Application for Graduate Study and the Department of OT Supplemental
Application, including scores from the Graduate Record Examination must be received before an application can
be given formal consideration for admission. Applications for the class entering in the summer of 2009
will be accepted from November 1, 2008-February 1, 2009. |
| The Graduate School forwards the University portion of the application
materials to the Department of Occupational Therapy. The departmental admissions committee, composed of
faculty and clinical faculty, meets regularly from November through March to review completed applications.
Offers of acceptance will be mailed by March 15, 2009. |
