- BS degree in occupational therapy Distance Learning
- Cumulative GPA of at least a 3.0
- Current GRE scores (within the past 5 years)
- Completion of VCU Graduate School Application
- Statement of research interests (Supplemental Application)
- 3 Letters of recommendation
