We bring your coursework to your fingertips. From the lecture room to
the desktop/laptop, down to the IPOD/MP3 player, or to the IPAD/IPHONE; we make as much course material
available online as we possibly can and make it all accessible to you wherever your travels may take
you. Whether you are connected hardwired or wirelessly...or just off on a leisurely walk listening to your
lectures through your IPOD. We try to make getting your coursework as versatile as we can to meet the needs of
today's 24/7 wants of the students.We deliver lectures via webcasts to the desktop which will show the student a video of the lecturer and the screen captures of the PC as they lecture; whether it be a PowerPoint presentation, website material, or other computer software programs that are required for certain courses. All of the video and audio that is captured is available for the student to offload to the IPHONE/IPAD players. Other course materials are posted to Blackboard Course Management System for review online. Much of the Classroom discussion takes place on the Discussion Forums for you to be able to post your responses whether you do it during the day, late at night, or early in the morning. These forums are used as your classroom discussion and bring out the opinions of all of your classmates. Students also learn how to develop their own online course through the use of Blackboard and Softchalk Lessonbuilder software. |
