Degree Completion Program

What is the BS Degree Completion Program?
The Department also offers a program for certified radiologic technologists to complete their bachelor's degree. The degree completion programs are available on a full- or part-time basis. To be eligible for admission to a completion program, the applicant must be certified (ARRT or NMTCB) in the appropriate discipline or eligible for certification.

Students with an associate degree can begin the program immediately. Students with a certificate in any of the radiation sciences must complete program prerequisites prior to enrollment.

Why complete a BS degree?
Completing a bachelor degree allows technologists and therapists to meet increasing professional requirements, prepare for expanded careers, and satisfy their desire for self-improvement. Studies demonstrate that technologists with a BS degree earn more and are more frequently in positions of responsibility. Enhance your opportunity by completing your BS in Clinical Radiation Sciences.

What will I study?
The degree completion curricula provide flexibility in course selection. In addition to general education and professional coursework, the student selects electives from a wide variety of topics, allowing the design of a degree program that best fits the individual's goals and interests.
